The opening of phase 2 of the Queen Margaret Hospital, Dunfermline, in 1993, complete with a new Emergency Department, meant there was an old ED going spare.
The Medic 1 team Challenged Anneka and the Scottish public to help re-locate it in Romania. A group of volunteers joined the Medic 1 team in a massive project that gave a Romanian Hospital a new ED. If you were one of the team we'd love to hear your story. I also believe the some of our Scottish EM colleagues were involved in training the Romanian doctors- we'd love to hear your accounts.
